The Commission of the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools approves accreditation for schools presented by the seven state accreditation committees and the International and Transregional committee at commission meetings held in December and June of each year. The following list represents schools approved in December 2008 at the annual commission meeting for the 2008-2009 school year.

*Provisional Schools

  • School has been accepted for accreditation.
  • It is most-likely within its first three (3) years of being accredited.
  • They are in the process of completing their self study.
  • Provisional schools cannot vote.
  • Provisional schools are in substantial compliance
  • They have completed an on-site visitation.
  • It is very common among new schools to be provisionally accredited for the first three (3) years.
