The Articles of Incorporation of the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools provide that the Board of Trustees is vested with the management of the corporation. The board consists of the President of the Association, the First Vice‑President and the Second Vice‑President and the chairs of each state Accreditation committee.
The Board of Trustees meets annually to review the work of the association and assumes responsibilities for the good of the organization as a whole, consistent with the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws.
