  1. The Northwest Accreditation Commission requires a hard copy application on file. Download the application, complete it in its entirety, include original signatures, and send the completed form in the mail to:

    or email it to: info@northwestaccdreditation.org

  2. Northwest Accreditation dues will be billed if the school is accepted. 
  3. Download an Initial Visit Template from the Accreditation Templates page found under the Accreditation Resources tab and complete it prior to the initial visit of your school. The team will review the completed template during the initial visit.

  4. Provisional accreditation is awarded by the Commission on Schools in December or June each year.
